Christian Education is taken very seriously at Saint James Church, as the congregation try to grow in their faith every day.  The Christian Education committee is responsible for providing Christian Education experiences in the parish.  There is a small but growing Sunday School, which meets from September to June.  Children of all ages are welcome, with supervision provided by committed teachers.  Sunday School begins at 9:30 am, and ends when the children come to church for the Eucharist.

Adult Bible Study is available at various times throughout the year, as are Adult Inquirer's classes (for adults seeking to join or learn more about the Episcopal Church).  Confirmation and other classes are also offered to parishioners at the church.
